Standard faq’s

 

Do you travel for photoshoots?

YES!

Local Travel (Included) : Travel within 30 miles of Seminole, FL is included in all photoshoot collections.

Extended Travel : For services located beyond 30 miles from Seminole, FL, a travel fee may apply to cover time and transportation expenses.

   •   31–60 miles: $100

   •   61–120 miles: $250

   •   Over 120 miles: Custom travel quote


Mileage is calculated one-way using standard GPS mapping.

Parking & Venue Fees

Any required parking fees, tolls, or venue access fees are the responsibility of the client and are not included in any service provided.


Weather or Travel Delays

In the rare event of severe weather or travel delays beyond my control, every reasonable effort will be made to arrive on time and provide full coverage as contracted. If all fails, we will reschedule. No re-scheduling fee will apply.

What about Destination Weddings?

Yes! Love a good trip to capture the love!


Weddings requiring overnight accommodations or air travel are quoted individually and may include:

   •   Round-trip airfare

   •   Lodging for the night before and night of the wedding

   •   Ground transportation (rental car, ride share, parking)

   •   Baggage fees for professional equipment


All destination travel fees will be clearly outlined and approved prior to booking.

How many hours of coverage do we need?

Every wedding day is different, which is why collections are structured around common wedding timelines.

   •   4 hours works best for elopements, courthouse weddings, and intimate ceremonies with minimal events.

   •   6 hours is ideal for ceremony, portraits, and reception highlights.

   •   8+ hours allows for full storytelling getting ready, ceremony, portraits, and reception without feeling rushed.


During our consultation, I’ll help you choose the collection that best fits your day.

Can We customize our hours?

Collections are intentionally designed to ensure consistency and quality.

Additional coverage can always be added at $300 per hour, allowing flexibility without overcomplicating the experience.

Do we need a second photographer?

A second photographer is optional, not required.


It’s most helpful for:

   •   Guest counts over 100

   •   Multiple getting-ready locations

   •   Capturing reactions and candid moments during the ceremony


Many couples love the added perspective, while others prefer a more intimate, single-photographer approach.

Will you be our photographer, or do you outsource?

I personally photograph every wedding I book.

This ensures consistency in style, communication, and storytelling from start to finish.

How many images will we recieve?

You’ll receive a thoughtfully curated gallery of high-resolution, professionally edited images that tell the full story of your day. Quality and intention are prioritized over quantity.

When will we receive our photos?

Gallery delivery times vary by season, with priority turnaround included in higher collections. Final timelines are reviewed during booking.

Do you limit the number of weddings you take per year?

Yes. I intentionally limit my calendar so I can provide a highly personalized experience and consistent quality for every couple.
